Corfuland Fashion Editorial

Corfuland is a site full of information about everything around Corfu. Going out, places to see, where to eat, where to shop, festivals, cinema, parties, special offers and so much more. Everything that goes around on this island is in there. And now they have created something new. In collaboration with Window Light Creative, they organize each month a special photo shoot for local shops that want to advertise their products, usually clothes, shoes and accessories.

Christos & Thalia are very experienced professionals, they have collaborated with the most famous magazines in Greece such as Vogue, Cosmopolitan, Marie Claire, Madame Figaro and many more. They have also made advertising presentations for international houses including Louis Vuitton, Calzedonia, L’Oreal, Pantene, and Harley Davidson, and have set up advertising campaigns for companies such as Hondos Center, Attrativo, Ale, Luna, Lussile, Forel, Notos Galleries, Attica, and many others. For what is worth, they  surely know what they're doing! And they are great people too. I got to know them and they are amazing! Thalia has stolen my heart! Back to our subject though.

In collaboration with Corfuland, this month they organized a summer photo shoot, in various places around Corfu, with models that they have picked up after a public calling through their site for local boys and girls who would be interested in participating in such a project. AMAZING, huh? (Well, don't get TOO excited, I wasn't one of them, I didn't even try it.-hahaha) One of the shops that participated was my bo-boy's, Fashion Optics. Needless to say that I was left speechless with the result. This photographs are beyond words and I can't believe that they even exist here in Corfu!

Το Corfuland είναι ένα site γεμάτο με πληροφορίες για τα πάντα στην Κέρκυρα. Έξοδος, ενδιαφέροντα μέρη για να δεις, πού να φας, πού να ψωνίσεις, διάφορα φεστιβάλ, κινηματογράφο, διάφορες προσφορές και διαγωνισμούς και τόσα άλλα. Οτιδήποτε συμβαίνει στο νησί βρίσκεται εκεί μέσα. Και τώρα δημιούργησαν μια καινούρια ιδέα. Σε συνεργασία με το Window Light Creative, κάθε μήνα οργανώνουν μια ειδική φωτογράφιση για διάφορα τοπικά μαγαζιά που θέλουν να διαφημίσουν τα προϊόντα τους, κυρίως, ρούχα, παπούτσια και αξεσουάρ.

Ο Χρήστος και η Θάλεια είναι αρκετά πεπειραμένοι επαγγελματίες, έχουν συνεργαστεί με τα γνωστότερα περιοδικά στην Ελλάδα όπως Vogue, Glamour, Cosmopolitan, L’Officiel, Marie Claire, Madame Figaro, Elle, Mirror, Paper, Eikones, VIMAgazino, Status, In Style, Esquire, Nitro, VIMADonna, Homme και Γυναίκα, μεταξύ άλλων. Έχουν κάνει διαφημιστικές παρουσιάσεις διεθνών οίκων όπως Louis Vuitton, Calzedonia, L’Oreal, Pantene, και Harley Davidson, καθώς επίσης και τις καμπάνιες εταιρειών όπως Hondos Center, Attrativo, Ale, Luna, Lussile, Forel, Notos Galleries, Attica, καθώς και άλλων. Αν μη τι άλλο, σίγουρα ξέρουν τι κάνουν! Και είναι και καταπληκτικοί άνθρωποι. Είχα την ευκαιρία να τους γνωρίσω και είναι φοβεροί! Η Θάλεια ειδικά μου έκλεψε την καρδιά! πίσω στο θέμα μας όμως.

Σε συνεργασία με το Corfuland λοιπόν, αυτό το μήνα οργάνωσαν μια καλοκαιρινή φωτογράφιση, σε διάφορα μέρη στην Κέρκυρα, με μοντέλα που επέλεξαν μετά από δημόσια πρόσκληση μέσω του site για ντόπια αγόρια και κορίτσια που θα ενδιαφέρονταν να συμμετέχουν σε ένα τέτοιο project. ΚΑΤΑΠΛΗΚΤΙΚΟ, έτσι; (Οκ, μην ενθουσιάζεστε και πολύ, δεν ήμουν μια από αυτές, δεν το προσπάθησα καν. -χαχαχα) Ένα από τα καταστήματα που συμμετείχαν ήταν και του bo-boy μου, το Fashion Optics. Περιττό να σας πω ότι έμεινα άφωνη με το αποτέλεσμα. Αυτές οι φωτογραφίες δεν περιγράφονται με λόγια και δεν μπορώ να πιστέψω ότι υπάρχουν εδώ στην Κέρκυρα.
