Anzouya: knit

It's so sad but funny at the same time! Yesterday I woke up and I was feeling alright. Just a little ache because of my period but nothing too extreme or unusual. And all of a sudden -BANG!- I couldn't move! Seriously!

My back aches so bad that I can't move. The funny part is that I walk around like an eighty years old granny holding my back. All that's missing now it to sit on a chair and crochet or knit (I do all these anyway, but not with the proper attitude).

I'm in pain but it's also hilarious. I lay on the bed and then I can't stand up, I twist and roll over trying to find the right position that it will hurt me less so I can get out of it. Oh, this old age doesn't come on its own, it brings along so many problems! :-) I thought maybe it's some kind of a cold or something, because last night it was really chilly and I woke up freezing because I was uncovered. I don't know what else to think.

The only position that I'm comfortable in is this:

but since I'm at work I can't stay like this all day.

For now all I can do is take some pain killer pills, rub my back with a analgesic thermal cream that I have

and pray that I'll get better soon.

Do you have any other suggestions?

Even if it's with a little delay. I hope everyone has had a WONDERFUL New Year's Eve and I wish you a VERY HAPPY NEW YEAR! I have had a really good time, I was out most of the time so I didn't have much time to blog about it. Fortunately, the weather was really good although it was cold (no rain and stuff- although today it started again!) and we had the chance to be out more. I enjoyed it very much! Since we didn't work, I had time with my friends and bo-boy. QUALITY TIME! ;-) I also got time to improve my crochet skills and even learned how to knit! It was so nice! And most of all and above all...WE ATE TOO MUCH! LOTS of homemade mama's delicious food! Time for a diet! :-S

Oh! And the GOOD NEWS! My friend Afrodite got engaged after New Year's Eve! YAY!!!! I got so excited! I'm so happy for her because she is really happy!!! She's with someone who loves her so much and they're moving in together in Athens. I'm going to miss her so much but I know she'll be really happy!

And now...back to the routine! :-( Oh, well... a new year has begun... we should be more optimistic.

Καλή Χρονιά!

Παρόλο που είναι με μικρή καθυστέρηση. Ελπίζω όλοι να είχαν μια ΥΠΕΡΟΧΗ Παραμονή Πρωτοχρονιάς και εύχομαι να έχετε μια ΠΟΛΥ ΕΥΤΥΧΙΣΜΕΝΗ ΝΕΑ ΧΡΟΝΙΑ! Εγώ πέρασα πολύ καλά, ήμουν έξω τον περισσότερο καιρό κι έτσι δεν είχα χρόνο για το blog. Ευτυχώς, ο καιρός ήταν πολύ καλός παρόλο που είχε κρύο (δεν είχε βροχή και τέτοια - αν και σήμερα ξεκίνησε πάλι!) και είχαμε την ευκαιρία να είμαστε περισσότερο έξω. Το διασκέδασα πάρα πολύ! Μια και δεν δουλεύαμε, είχα χρόνο με τους φίλους μου και το bo-boy μου. ΠΟΙΟΤΙΚΟ ΧΡΟΝΟ! ;-) Επίσης βρήκα χρόνο για να τελειοποιήσω τις ικανότητές μου στο κροσέ και έμαθα ακόμη και να πλέκω! Ήταν τόσο ωραία! Και περισσότερο απ'όλα και πάνω απ'όλα... ΦΑΓΑΜΕ ΥΠΕΡΒΟΛΙΚΑ! ΠΟΛΥ σπιτικό και νόστιμο φαγητό της μαμάς! Ώρα για δίαιτα! :-S

Ω! Και τα ΚΑΛΑ ΝΕΑ! Η φίλη μου η Αφροδίτη αρραβωνιάστηκε μετά την Παραμονή της Πρωτοχρονιάς! ΥΑΥ!!! Ενθουσιάστηκα τόσο πολύ! Είμαι τόσο χαρούμενη γι'αυτήν γιατί είναι πραγματικά ευτυχισμένη!!! Είναι με κάποιον που την αγαπάει πάρα πολύ και μετακομίζουν μαζί στην Αθήνα. Θα μου λείψει πάρα πολύ αλλά ξέρω ότι θα είναι πραγματικά ευτυχισμένη!

Και τώρα... πίσω στη ρουτίνα! :-( Τι να κάνουμε...ένας καινούριος χρόνος ξεκίνησε... πρέπει να είμαστε πιο αισιόδοξοι.
