Happy Name Day...

Happy name day to every Spyros and Spyridoula!
Tomorrow is a huge celebration here in Corfu because
Saint Spyridon is the protector of this island.
The celebrations start a day before and the traditional treat is
doughnuts aka "loukoumades" with cinammon and honey.

Here, help yourselves! ;-)

Vido Summer Camp

Yesterday I got some really good news! They've asked me again to participate to the Program of  Productive Creativity for children aged 6-11 years old, that is organized by the Municipality of Corfu on the island of Vido.
This time it'll be a one month program, from Monday to Friday,
8:00-14:30 pm that will include the following:
>taking the children by boat across to the island
>taking breakfast at the camp
>organizing team games
>going to the beach
>taking lunch at the camp
>organizing a little craft workshop
>returning to Corfu by boat
It'll be my second year there. Last year we had so much fun, even though everything was new and we all were in a stage of experimenting we have managed to collaborate perfectly and the result was AMAZING!
I can't wait to start on Monday and be around those little happy faces again. We're going to have so much fun!
Under these circumstances of course the schedule of my blogging
will change a bit, but don't worry, I'll be around.
Have A Great Summer
& Happy July
I forgot to mention that.
