Love Makes The World Go Round

After seeing this altered globe at Hydrangea Hippo blog, I fell in love. That's such a cute makeover and I wanted to try it someday, if only I could find some cheap small globes. Well, finally I did and nothing could stop me!
Unfortunately, I don't have as many scrapbooking supplies as she does, but I tried to make more with less. I think the result satisfies me for now, but I'm surely going to make another one (or two!) soon.
Isn't it cute?
Δεν είναι πολλή χαριτωμένη;

Making Fish!

Some of the creations that we've made on the Tuesday's Crafting Workshop. Our theme was all about the sea and especially fish, so we practiced different ways of making a fish with reused, recycled, or even found material.
I really like the way bubble-wrap looks like squama.
And here are some creations of flowers.
(I've missed this one, so neither of these is mine).
That was it for today! I hope you like these ideas.
It's so interesting how many and beautiful things you can make out of trash.
REUSE & RECYCLE!
Have A Nice Day!

The Creations Of The Day

As I have mentioned before, every Tuesday I'm attending a Crafting Workshop with some other colleagues (elementary & nursery school teachers). So, from time to time I share with you our creations.
A Mandala Design
A decorative flower made with cardboard,
colored paper, aluminum foil and tissue paper.
A greeting card.
Collage made with torn paper and pieces of cork.
The flower is from a vintage wallpaper.
AMAZING!
A beautiful Spring collage.
Printed paper with flowers, a piece of cork as a vase,
paper leaves and colored ones.

Collage Page

That Tell Your Story Online Class have really inspired me! I'm experimenting with several stuff. I really  enjoy collage after all. This is an old one that I've made as a cover of my old school journal. I remember how excited I was when I finished it.

So, yesterday I made another page as a "Tell Your Story" - side project. I've started another art journal similar with the original one, but I'll create in it whenever I feel like it, apart from the Tell Your Story Class projects (so I won't mix them up).
What do you think?
(I can't wait to see the creations of the other "students")
